The Mök Bar journey begins with the innovative idea of ​​its founder, Aline Neves, to create a new concept of serving all customers in a unique and exclusive way.

Aline Neves has been a bartender for 20 years, she was elected the best bartender of São Paulo- Brazil, and has given bartending classes to many people who are now recognized bartender’s all over the world!
With her vast experience and knowledge in F&B, mixology and customer service, Aline offers consultancy to bars and restaurants, training staff to improve the quality of customer service, optimize the workplace, prevent waste and leverage sales potential.
Aline Neves also has extensive experience on cruise ships, where in addition to being a bartender she has also been a singer and entertainer.
She has lived in the United States for 8 years and is mother to Nathan, 6 years old. Nathan is support level 2 autistic and the challenges became increasingly greater, as Aline is single mom and has no family in the United States.
For the last 4 years she has worked at Newark-NJ international airport as Head Bartender responsible for 5 different bars and also at Orlando-FL international airport.

She left her comfort zone and resigned her carrier at the airport to dedicates herself 100% to her Mök Bar project, where she offers her unique features for events in general by serving completely alcohol-free cocktails!
“Mocktail” is the term most used lately to define non-alcoholic cocktails. This is how Mök Bar was born, with the aim of making everyone aware that we can enjoy completely different, colorful, tasty and surprising cocktails, but without the need for alcohol!
Alcoholism has always been one of the biggest family dilemmas and our children and teenagers are always exposed to it in an overwhelming way. But Aline Neves believes that we can make the next generation a healthier generation mentally and physically, starting with us, the parents, being good examples for our children!

Perfect for weddings, birthdays in general, corporate and religious events or any other type of event where alcohol is not “that special guest”, but fun is the party, as Aline performs magic tricks and working flair shows as a differentiator in its super special service, bringing fun and entertainment to events!
